I’m a certified lash technician and educator, licensed and certified in cosmetic tattooing for Microblading and nano brows. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for your understanding. When appointments are canceled without adequate notice, it prevents us from offering the time slot to clients on our waiting list. To help avoid this, appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance. We recognize that life happens and schedules may need adjustments, so we respectfully require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled service prior to appointment are subjected to a 50% of service fee.
NO CALL / NO SHOW / SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
Same-day cancellations or failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.
REFUNDS & DEPOSITS
All deposits made for services are non-refundable and non-transferable, meaning they cannot be applied to a future appointment. Deposits are specific to the date and time originally booked. If you choose to cancel or reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. No exceptions.
